Delete Your Account.
You can request permanent deletion of your SAFE account.
SAFE provides an in-app account deletion option. If you no longer have access to the app, you can also request deletion directly from SafeApps Solutions Inc.
Delete Your Account in SAFE
If you currently have access to your SAFE account, you can use the account deletion option available within the SAFE app.
Using the in-app deletion option is the fastest way to request deletion because you are already authenticated to your SAFE account.
Don't Have Access to the App?
If you have uninstalled SAFE, lost access to your device, or otherwise cannot access the in-app deletion option, you can request account deletion by contacting SafeApps Solutions Inc.
You can also email support@safeappssolutions.ca with the subject SAFE Account Deletion Request.
For your security: Please send your request from the email address associated with your SAFE account whenever possible. We may need to verify that you are the account owner before processing a deletion request.
What Information Is Deleted?
When an account deletion request is completed, personal information associated with the SAFE account will be deleted in accordance with our data-retention requirements and applicable law.
This may include account and profile information and other personal information associated with your SAFE account.
Information That May Be Retained
In limited circumstances, some information may be retained where reasonably necessary or required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, regulatory, or service-integrity purposes.
Information that must be retained will be kept only for as long as necessary for the applicable purpose.
